A.
No individual of legal age shall carry on his person
an open alcoholic beverage in its original container or any alcoholic beverage
in any other container on the streets, sidewalks or other unlicensed area
of the Township of Lebanon.
B.
No individual shall possess an alcoholic beverage in
the Township of Lebanon without being of legal age to do so.
A.
The provisions of this article shall not apply to any
residential owner, lessor or guest of an owner or lessor of residential property
carrying an open alcoholic beverage in the original container or any other
container while said person is on the premises owned or leased by such person.
B.
The provisions of this article shall not apply in any
area designated for a special event being sponsored by the Township of Lebanon,
religious organization or civic organization that has been granted special
permission by resolution of the Township Committee. Said resolution shall
set forth the date and time of the special event as well as the area or areas
to be exempt.
