[Adopted 10-10-2000 by Ord. No. 44-00]
This article amends the Code of the Township
of Old Bridge in order to establish drug-free zones as the laws of
the State of New Jersey provide for increased penalties for drug offenses
when such offenses are committed within 500 feet of a public housing
facility, a public park, or a public building.

of the area or areas on or within 500 feet of a public park, public
building or public housing facility pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1.
