The Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove hereby approves the previously
submitted Emergency Management Plan as a basic plan and outline.[1]

Editor's Note: The Emergency Management Plan is on file in the
town offices.
The Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove hereby creates an Emergency Management Committee and appoints a Director and members thereof, which Director and members shall be provided with liability insurance coverage pursuant to Chapter 7, Defense and Indemnification, when carrying out approved emergency management and disaster assistance pursuant to the plan.
The Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove hereby authorizes preparation
by the Emergency Management Committee of a detailed emergency management plan
for approval by the Town Board.
Appointment of an Emergency Management Committee and preparation of
the detailed emergency management plan will not have a significant effect
on the environment.
