The purpose of this chapter is to authorize designated public servants
of the Town of Chester to issue and serve appearance tickets in connection
with the violations of state statutes, local laws, ordinances or rules and
regulations of the Town which the public servants are authorized or required
to enforce.
The following public servants of the Town of Chester are hereby designated
and authorized to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect to violations
of state statutes, local laws, ordinances, rules or regulations of the Town
that such designated public servants are respectively required or authorized
to enforce:

Building Code, Zoning Ordinance, subdivision regulations, Fire Prevention
Code and public health regulations when applicable to construction, sewage
disposal and water supply matters
