The Board of Trustees of the Village of East Rockaway hereby accepts the applicability of the Nassau County Fire Prevention Code for the Village of East Rockaway to become effective in said Village of East Rockaway on the 22nd day of February 1982, in accordance with the provisions of § 392 of the Executive Law.
The Village Clerk is hereby instructed to file a certified copy of this Article in the principal office of the State Building Code Council, Division of Housing and Community Renewal, at Two World Trade Center, New York, New York 10047.
