No person shall publicly use any profane, vulgar or obscene language
or expose himself or herself naked or make any indecent exposure of his or
her person in any street or public place in the Village of Manorhaven or in
any place therein where others are present.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall pay a penalty
of $25 for each and every offense, and in addition thereto such violation
shall constitute and is hereby declared to be disorderly conduct and any person
violating the same shall be and is hereby declared to be a disorderly person.
