The Town Board of the Town of Pawling shall,
upon resolution, approve and adopt a form of appearance ticket to
be used in connection with enforcement of this chapter. Such form
of appearance ticket shall be in conformance with § 150.10
of the Criminal Procedure Law of the State of New York.
The town officer known as the "Dog Control Officer," under Chapter 39, Officers and Employees, Article I, of the Code of the Town of Pawling, is hereby specially authorized pursuant to § 150.20 of the Criminal Procedure Law to issue and serve appearance tickets as described above, and such appearance ticket shall have the same use, force and effect as a summons issued pursuant to said chapter of the Code of the Town of Pawling.
