Every ordinance adopted by the Town Board shall be recorded, published
and posted as required by the Town Law, §§ 133, 264 or 265,
except that publication of such ordinances may be in brief summary form, with
a statement that the original is on file and may be inspected in the office
of the Town Clerk.
This local law shall become effective immediately upon its adoption,
in conformity with the provisions of Article 3 of the Municipal Home Rule
Law.
