A.
The Planning Board shall require the remittance of funds
by the applicant prior to the commencement of site plan or subdivision review.
B.
These funds will be in the following amounts:

C.
These funds will be placed in an escrow account, to be
monitored by the town and drawn upon as review related expenses are incurred.
D.
The Planning Board will cause the funds held in escrow
to be replenished as they are expended. The Planning Board shall use its discretion
to determine the amount of the initial deposit and the amount that must be
deposited to replenish a depleted account. In those cases where funds have
been depleted, further review by the Town Planning Board, Town Engineer or
other paid consultants will be prohibited.
E.
The secretary to the Planning Board shall be responsible
for maintaining these balances and records thereof and shall provide a monthly
report of said account regularly to the Planning Board.
F.
All subdivision and site plan final approvals shall be
conditioned upon any outstanding engineering and other consulting fees being
paid in full.
G.
Upon completion of subdivision of site plan review, any
unused moneys still on account shall be returned to the applicant.
