A.
At the time of submitting a preliminary layout, the
subdivider shall pay to the village an application fee in the amount
set forth from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees.[1] This shall not be refundable unless the layout is withdrawn
before being reviewed. No additional fee will be required for layouts
which are rejected but which are resubmitted within one year.

C.
These fees shall be submitted with the request for
final approval and will not be refundable.
D.
In the event that the subdivision is not acceptable,
each subsequent reinspection fee shall be one-half (1/2) of the original
inspection fee.
