Editor's Note: Former Ch. 45, Police Department, which consisted
of Art. I, Outside Employment, adopted 3-8-1976 by Ord. No. 568, and
Art. II, Establishment and Membership, a reference statement indicating
that a comprehensive ordinance on the Police Department would be forthcoming,
has been removed from the Code as being obsolete.
