A. 
No boat, boat hoist, pier, ice fishing shanty, airplane, construction vehicle, including Bob Cat or similar equipment, snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, recreation vehicle, portable on-demand storage facility, camper, mobile home, motor home, camping or travel trailer, trailer of any other kind, or any part of such vehicle or equipment shall be parked or stored for more than 10 days per calendar year and dumpsters for no more than 30 days per calendar year in the front yard or driveway of any lot in a residential zone or in the side yard or driveway facing a street on a corner or reverse corner lot in a residential zone. Parking or storage beyond the ten-day or thirty-day period shall be allowed only if written permission is obtained from the Village Administrator.
B. 
It is the intent of this section that portable on-demand storage facilities be located on a property only as long as is necessary to load or unload.
At the time a permit is applied for, the applicant shall pay the fee as established by the Village Board and filed with the Clerk-Treasurer.
It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle other than on a driveway as defined in § 225-86F or in parking spaces as defined in § 225-103 of Chapter 225, Zoning, of this Code.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-4 of this Municipal Code.
