Marriage, births, domestic partnerships, deaths and fetal deaths (still
deaths) shall be reported to the Borough Clerk in his/her capacity as Registrar
of Vital Statistics, upon forms supplied and in accordance with the rules
and regulations of the New Jersey Department of Health. The Borough Clerk,
shall, upon request, supply to any applicant qualified to receive a certified
copy of the record on any birth, death, marriage or domestic partnership pursuant
to Executive Order No. 18, registered under the rules and regulations of the
New Jersey Department of Health, at the fee of $10 for each certified copy.
