[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners (now Mayor and Council) of the Borough of Bradley Beach 3-11-1975 (Sec. 12-5 of the 1974 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
GENERAL REFERENCES

No building being moved from any one place to any other place within the Borough limits and occupying temporarily any part of the street or sidewalk shall be allowed to stand in any such part of the street or sidewalk for more than two hours at any one interval unless the Police Department grants an exception. The move itself shall be completed within six hours, for a total completion time of six hours, unless granted an exception by the Borough Council.
No buildings are to be moved between June 15 and September 15.[1]
