No person shall, with the purpose to hinder the apprehension,
prosecution, conviction or punishment of another of an offense, provide false
information to a law enforcement officer.
B.Â
No person shall, with the purpose to hinder that person's
own apprehension, prosecution, conviction or punishment, provide false information
to a law enforcement officer.
