A. 
No owner, tenant, occupant or operator shall place or allow to be placed at the curb for collection any construction or demolition materials, grass clippings, whether separate or mixed with leaves, trees, tree limbs or stumps of any kind, any toxic or flammable chemicals, including chlorine, nor shall they allow storage of the same on the outside of any residence, commercial establishment or premises or in any public place, street, curb or otherwise in the Borough of Bradley Beach.
B. 
Items such as refrigerators and freezers, placed at the curb for collection, shall be free of any chemicals. Refrigerators, freezers or any other similar items shall have the door or lid removed from the hinges and the door or lid shall be placed separately at the curbside in accordance with § 286-34.
C. 
No other items shall be placed, kept or stored for collection by the Borough of Bradley Beach or its contractor.
D. 
Paints, pesticides, fertilizers, motor oil, antifreeze, pool chemicals, batteries, propane tanks, gasoline and herbicides can be brought to the Monmouth County Permanent Household Hazardous Waster Facility at 3161 Shafto Road, Tinton Falls. You must first call for an appointment at 732-922-2234.
E. 
Recycling Center. Dropping off paints, propane tanks and other hazardous materials or bulk trash items is not allowed and will be considered illegal dumping which is punishable by law.
The provisions of this article shall be enforced by the Police Department and Code Enforcement Officer.
Any person(s) who is found in violation of the provisions of this article shall be subject to the penalties in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.
