It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep in any automobile, truck,
trailer or other motor vehicles or in any vehicle of any description while
the same is parked on any of the public streets, ways or alleys or in any
public or quasi-public place or in any private driveway in the Borough at
any time between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
