Regulations issued by the State of New Jersey
regulating body art procedures, commonly known as Chapter 8, New Jersey
State Sanitary Code, Body Art Procedures, N.J.A.C. 8:27-1 et seq.,
are hereby adopted. A copy of the adopted regulations are annexed
hereto and made a part hereof without the inclusion of text herein.
Copies of the said regulations adopted herein
have been placed on file in the office of the Health Officer of this
local Board of Health upon the introduction of this article and will
remain there for the use and examination of the public.
If any sentence, section, clause or other portion
of this article or the application thereof to any person or circumstance
shall, for any reason, be adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or repeal the
remainder of this article. All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
This article shall take effect immediately upon final passage and
publication as required by law.
