[Adopted 2-8-1989 by Ord. No. 1989:569]
Pursuant to P.L. 1988, c. 110,[1] there is hereby created and established the position of
Chief Financial Officer of and for the Borough of Closter. The Chief
Financial Officer shall carry out the responsibilities set forth under
N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et seq. The Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed
in the same manner as the Borough Treasurer. The salary of the Chief
Financial Officer shall be as set forth in the Salary Ordinance of
the Borough of Closter.[2]
