[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York 2-22-1982 by Ord. No. 1531. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The following areas shall be the fire limits of the Town of West New York and shall require Class 1 constructions for all buildings located in West New York along the following streets and avenues:
A. 
On Bergenline Avenue commencing from 49th Street in a northerly direction on both sides of the Avenue to the West New York boundary after 67th Street, same to include all structures on both sides of Bergenline Avenue within the boundaries of the Town of West New York.
B. 
On Kennedy Boulevard West, on the east side only, commencing from 49th Street in a northerly direction to the West New York boundary after 67th Street.
C. 
On both sides of Hudson Avenue commencing from 49th Street in a northerly direction and continuing to 60th Street.
The above designated fire limits shall apply in the Town of West New York for a period of two years from the date of adoption of this chapter and shall continue in effect until modified by a subsequent ordinance.
