Pursuant to the provisions of Article 8-A, Community Mental Health Services
Act, of the Mental Hygiene Law of the State of New York,[1] the City of Beacon consents and undertakes to participate in the
Mental Health Program of the County of Dutchess upon the creation and establishment
of a Mental Health Board by the County of Dutchess with all the powers, but
subject to all restrictions and provisions, as set forth in Article 8-A, Community
Mental Health Services Act, of the Mental Hygiene Law of the State of New
York.
