The City Council shall adopt a fee schedule,[1] to be amended from time to time, for fees relating to the administration of city duties.

All accounts invoiced by the City of Beacon, unless otherwise provided by the Code or in the City Charter, shall be due and payable within 30 days of the date of the invoice. After 30 days, interest will accrue at a rate equal to the interest on unpaid taxes.
