A. 
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited, except for residents of the Town of Evans, as evidenced by the attachment of a current Evans Town Park sticker to a window of the vehicle, at the following locations:
(1) 
The area known as "Purvis Landing."
(2) 
Evans Town Park.
B. 
Issuance of permits; revocation; expiration.
(1) 
Issuance of permits. Residents shall obtain stickers for permit parking at the Recreation Office located in Town Hall. Residents are required to produce proof of residency and vehicle registration for persons desiring Town stickers. A minimal charge set by Town Board resolution is required. Resident senior citizens are exempt from all permit parking charges.
(2) 
Revocation. Permit parking stickers may be revoked by confiscation if used in a deceptive manner. A sticker is valid only for the vehicle for which it is issued. License plate numbers are printed on each sticker.
(3) 
Expiration. Permit parking stickers expire December 31 of the calendar year.
