The use of any motor vehicle as defined in § 193-1 of this chapter on any sidewalk, bicycle lane, or shared-use path is prohibited except when it is deemed reasonable and necessary to:
A. 
Enter or leave a driveway; or
B. 
Enter or leave a legal curbside parking space; or
C. 
Cross or make a turn at an intersection; or
D. 
Comply with the direction of any law enforcement officer or other person authorized to enforce this rule.

A. 
The use of any motor vehicle on any real property owned or maintained by the Town of Evans as parklands or recreation lands is hereby prohibited, except for motor vehicles owned and operated by the Town of Evans and except for motor vehicles granted express permission by the Town of Evans to operate on such real property.
B. 
The use of any motor vehicle on any beach is prohibited except any vehicle which is used to launch and recover boats, clean and maintain the beach, or any construction and utility vehicles that may be used to do necessary work on the beach.
