This chapter shall be known as the "Water Rules
and Regulations, Town of Evans."
The purpose of this chapter is to promote the
general health, welfare and safety of the inhabitants of Evans through
regulation, supervision and control of the water system and supply
of the Evans Water District. It is hereby declared the policy of the
Town Board of Evans, by means of this chapter, to provide such regulation,
supervision and control and to provide for the operation and maintenance
of the Evans Water District.
