A.
The provisions of this chapter, insofar as they are
the same as those of ordinances and codes in force immediately prior
to the enactment of this chapter, are intended as a continuation of
such ordinances and codes. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed
to affect any suit or proceeding pending in any court or any rights
acquired or liability incurred or any permit issued or approval granted
or any cause or causes of action, including actions to enforce any
right or penalty or punish any offenses under the repealed ordinances,
arising prior to the enactment of this chapter.
B.
Ordinance No. 16, the Brecknock Township Planned Residential
Development Ordinance, is repealed in its entirety.

The standards and specifications contained in
34 PA Code (Chapters 401-405), as amended and not limited to the following
provisions shall apply to the above and other sections and subsections
of this chapter to the extent that they are more restrictive and/or
supplement the requirements of this chapter:
