Tredyffrin Township, as franchising authority,
hereby adopts and follows all current and future rate regulations
as promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission.
Tredyffrin Township, as franchising authority,
will allow reasonable opportunity for the consideration of the views
of interested parties, consistent with but not limited to the procedures
mandated by the public participation provision of Sunshine Act, 65
P.S. § 280.1 et seq., and other applicable statutes, ordinances
and regulations.
