A current document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Middletown, being marked and designated as the International Plumbing Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., adopted by the State of Delaware, the Division of Public Health, be and is hereby the Plumbing Code of the Town of Middletown in the State of Delaware, pursuant to the Delaware Code Title 16 Subsection 7903 and 7904 for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Plumbing Code.
