Adoption of Code by Planning Board — See Ch. 200, Art. I.
[Adopted by the Annual Town Meeting 3-13-1993 by Art. 14]
It was voted to adopt the ordinances and regulations of a general and permanent nature, together with a change of numbering, formatting and stylizing thereof and incorporating any revisions discussed with the publisher at a meeting held October 11, 1990, the entire text of which is published by General Code Publishers Corp., in the Code of the Town of Alfred, on file with the Town Clerk, effective on passage. This vote shall supersede and replace by reference to said Code the ordinances and regulations heretofore adopted by the Town of Alfred that are included as part of the Code of the Town of Alfred. Specifically excluded from repeal is any legislation regulating vehicles and traffic, the General Assistance Ordinance, the Outdoor Festival Ordinance and any applicable legislation adopted subsequent to October 11, 1990.
