The Town hereby accepts the provisions of 30-A M.R.S.A. § 2529,
providing for the casting of absentee ballots at all regular elections of
Town officials.
[Adopted by the Special Town Meeting 10-25-2005
by Art. 5]
The provisions of 30-A M.R.S.A. § 2528, and any and all acts
amendatory thereto, entitled “Authority to elect by secret ballots in
towns,” are adopted.
