The Planning Board of the Town of Alfred hereby adopts the regulations
known as "Division 3, Planning Board Regulations" of the Code of the Town
of Alfred, as published by General Code Publishers Corp., together with the
change of numbering, formatting and stylizing thereof, a copy of said Code
being on file with the Town Clerk, effective on passage. This resolution shall
supersede and replace by reference to said Code the ordinances and regulations
of a general and permanent nature heretofore adopted by the Planning Board
of the Town of Alfred.
