GENERAL REFERENCES

It shall be unlawful to operate any motorized bicycles (mini-bikes) or any type of unregistered motor-driven vehicle or conveyance, including but not limited to snowmobiles, trail bicycles, motor scooter, gas buggies, motorcycles and four-wheel motor vehicles known as go-carts, under the following circumstances:
A. 
On private property of another without the express permission to do so by the owner of the property.
B. 
On any private street or right-of-way located within the Township.
C. 
On public grounds within the Township without the express permission or approval of the proper public authority and then only in accordance with such rules and regulations as such public authority may impose.
D. 
In a manner which creates loud, unnecessary or unusual noise so as to disturb or interfere with the peace and quiet of other persons.
E. 
In a careless, reckless or negligent manner which endangers the safety of any person or the property of any person.
Any parent who knowingly permits his minor child to operate any unlicensed motor-driven vehicle or conveyance in violation of any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of this Code.
