This chapter shall be known as and may be cited
as the “Site Plan Review Ordinance of the Township of Andover.”
A.
The purpose of this chapter shall be to provide rules,
regulations, and standards to guide in the preparation and review
of site plans which shall insure the orderly development of the Township.
B.
All site plan proposals shall comply to the requirements
set forth for the zone district in which it shall be located. In addition,
the Board shall be empowered to require the applicant to provide such
on-site, off-site and/or off-tract improvements or proportion thereof
as may be deemed reasonable in light of the proposed standards for
these improvements and the project's impact on the community at large.
C.
This site plan chapter shall set forth guidelines
pertaining to, but not limited to, performance standards, submittal
requirements, environmental impact statement procedures, exemptions,
requirements, guarantees required, and other appropriate matters.
