[Adopted 12-17-1990 as Sec. 2-27 of the 1990 Code]
Pursuant to the Local Housing Authorities Law,
Title 55, Chapter 14A, New Jersey Statutes Annotated, N.J.S.A. 40:14A-4(c),
a body corporate and politic, to be known as the "Housing Authority
of the Town of Boonton," be and the same is hereby created and established.
The Office of the Board of Health shall be and
is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this
article with the Commissioner (Director) of the New Jersey State Department
of Conservation and Economic Development.
