No person shall block any sidewalk or impede pedestrian travel
along a sidewalk. No lawn chair, folding chair, chaise lounge or any
other similar object shall be placed on any sidewalk as to impede
pedestrian traffic.
No person shall paint or otherwise color or stain any sidewalk
without the express written permission of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
