Every heating device or appliance, except electrical heating appliances, which is located within a building used as a residence, store, restaurant, shop, plant or other place occupied by humans, shall be provided with an exhaust duct or vent flue to carry the fumes discharged by the appliance into the outside air.
A. 
Open deposits prohibited. No person shall deposit or permit to be deposited or to remain on the surface of the ground, or in any open ditch or in any open hole, open pit, or open bed, any human excrement or material containing human excrement.
B. 
Disposal giving access to water supplies prohibited. No person shall dispose of or place any human excrement or any material containing human excrement where it can gain access to the source of any public water supply or to any well or spring used as a private potable water supply.
C. 
Exceptions, sewage and industrial waste treatment plants. The provisions of this section shall not apply to the effluent from any sewage treatment plants or industrial waste treatment plants installed in accordance with legal requirements and operated in accordance with the rules and regulations of the New Jersey State Department of Health.
Whenever the Plumbing Inspector shall be called upon to make quarterly check valve tightness tests or yearly complete teardown examinations and tests of any connection between an approved public water supply system and an unapproved water supply system in the Town of Boonton, he shall, before doing said work, collect from the property owner a fee as follows: from an industrial or commercial property owner, $10; and from all other property owners, $1.
A. 
No person shall sell or deliver or have in possession for sale or delivery in the Town of Boonton any milk or fluid milk products without first obtaining from this Board a license for such sale or delivery. Each license granted under the provisions of this article shall expire on the last day of August next following the granting of the same.
B. 
Whenever, in the opinion of this Board, the public health is seriously jeopardized, the Health Officer shall have the power temporarily to order that any supply of milk, milk products or fluid milk products shall not be sold, delivered or had in possession for sale or delivery in the Town of Boonton.
C. 
Upon each wagon or other vehicle used in the sale or delivery of milk, milk products or fluid milk products, there shall be displayed at all times in plain sight on said wagon or other vehicle a current license sign furnished by this Board.
D. 
The following fees shall be paid before any license or license signs, as required by this article, shall be issued:
(1) 
Licenses, including one license sign, $2; for each additional sign there shall be a charge of $2.
(2) 
License for stores, $1.
