Any inspection which results in a rating of
less than satisfactory which requires a reinspection shall have a
fee charged therefor equal to the annual license fee for the licensee
being inspected. This shall apply to all restaurants, itinerant food
vendors, body art establishments, public recreational bathing facilities,
tanning facilities, supermarkets and institutions.
