All buildings or structures erected in the City of Brigantine on Block 263-B, Lots 2A, 4A, 6A and 8A and Blocks 268-B, 275-B, 276-B, 294-B and 303-B on the seaside of Atlantic-Brigantine Boulevard bordering on St. George's Thorofare shall be erected on pile foundations as set forth in Article 10 of the BOCA Basic Building Code/1981, as amended, and which is hereinafter referred to as "the code."
Certification of compliance with the code is required by a professional engineer or architect registered in the State of New Jersey prior to issuance of a building permit.
