Editor’s Note: Former Ch. 189, Limousines, adopted 11-5-1975
by Ord. No. O-30-75 (appeared as Ch. 45A of the 1967 Code), as amended,
was repealed 8-21-1995 by Ord. No. O-19-95.
From and after the effective date of this chapter, no person
shall pick up for hire any person in any formal limousine in the Township
of Monroe unless both the formal limousine and driver conform to all
the provisions of N.J.S.A. 48:16 et seq.
