A.
The fee
for furnishing true certified copies of birth, marriage, civil union
or domestic partnership certificates shall be $20.
B.
The fee
for furnishing death certificates shall be $20. Persons ordering four
or more copies of a death certificate shall be charged $10 for each
copy.
C.
The fee
for corrections on a vital record shall be $20.
The fee for furnishing a duplicate tax bill
is hereby set at $3.

The fee for sale of a duplicate tax sale certificate shall be
$100.
The following fees shall be paid for the respective
reports and services furnished by the Township of Montclair Police
Department:
A.
Copies of accident reports: $3.
B.
Copies of all other reports: $5.
C.
Processing applicants for gun permits: $3.
D.
Issuing of good conduct certificate (triplicate):
$7.
E.
Fingerprinting when not required by municipal ordinance,
for each card: $2.
F.
Eight-by-ten-inch photographs of motor vehicle accidents
and casualties: $7.

In the case that the basement of a residence
in Montclair is flooded, upon request of the resident and subject
to the availability of the fire crew, the Township of Montclair shall
pump the basement for a fee of $30 per hour. The Township reserves
the right to waive the fee in case of need.[1]

A fee of $20 shall be charged to the payor for
any check or other instrument returned by the Township’s bank.
Additionally, in the event of a returned check or other instrument,
the payor will be required to submit payment in the form of certified
funds, money order or cash.

The fee for the purchase of a fifty-gallon rain barrel shall
be $36.
