Whereas, the Township of Montclair agreed to
a partnership with New Jersey Transit to provide the vehicle for a
shuttle bus service to the Bay Street Station, and Whereas, the Township
has contracted with First Occupational Center of New Jersey to provide
this service for the Township of Montclair, now therefore the purpose
of this chapter is to establish the collection of a fee for this service.

The Municipal Clerk of the Township of Montclair is hereby authorized
to issue fare cards or similar permits for use of the Township shuttle
bus service. The fare card or other permit shall reflect a fee of
$2 for a one-way trip on the shuffle bus service in the Township of
Montclair. The Township Clerk is also authorized to issue monthly
permits for use of the shuttle bus service. The cost of a monthly
permit shall be $25 per month.
