Mount Albion Cemetery shall be open, unless physically closed, daily between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. only.
No grave or tomb within Mount Albion Cemetery shall be opened for interment or removal by any person not in the employ of the village for said cemetery or without the written consent of the Village Board.
A. 
No person shall willfully destroy, mutilate, deface, injure or remove any tomb, monument or gravestone or other structure placed in the cemetery aforesaid, or any fence, railing or other work for the protection or ornament of any tomb, monument, gravestone or other structure aforesaid, or of any cemetery lot within the limits of the cemetery aforesaid, or shall willfully destroy, remove, cut, break or injure any tree, shrub, plant or flower within the limits of said cemetery or shall shoot or discharge any gun or other firearm within the said limits or travel up and down any terrace or slope.
B. 
Every violation of this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment of not more than (15) days, or both, according to the nature and aggravation of the offense, to be imposed by the Town of Albion or Village of Albion Justice.

No stone or brick wall or wooden fence shall be erected as an enclosure of lots.
No person shall be allowed to change the grade of any lot without the consent of the Village Board. Persons who enclose lots or make other improvements upon them after having been graded, thereby disarranging the previous improvements made, will be charged the cost of putting them again in order.

If any trees or shrubs situate in any lot, by means of their roots, branches or otherwise, become detrimental to the adjacent lots or avenues, or unsightly or inconvenient to passengers, it shall be the duty of said Village Board, or its designee, and it shall have the right, to enter the said lot and remove said trees and shrubs or such parts thereof as are detrimental, unsightly or inconvenient.[1]

The proprietors of lots and their families shall be allowed access to the grounds at all times, obeying the rules which are or may be adopted for the regulation of visitors.
Wooden enclosures and lettered boards designating graves will not be allowed.

Driving more than five miles per hour within the cemetery is strictly prohibited.

Any person who shall violate any of the foregoing rules, will be compelled instantly to leave the grounds; and it is hereby made the special duty of the cemetery keeper to strictly enforce this chapter and to arrest or cause to be arrested every person who shall violate any provision of this chapter and forthwith to take such person or persons before the Town of Albion Justice.[1]
