A violation of this chapter or the failure to
remedy any existing violation pursuant to service of an order to comply
is hereby declared to be an offense, punishable by a fine not exceeding
$250 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 15 days, or both.
However, for the purpose of conferring jurisdiction upon courts and
judicial officers generally, violations of this chapter shall be deemed
misdemeanors and for such purpose only all provisions of law relating
to misdemeanors shall apply to such violations.
A.Â
Grounds. A mobile home court license may be revoked
by the Town Board upon any of the following findings duly made by
the Town Board after hearing on notice to the owner of the mobile
home court, and such further proceedings as may be deemed necessary
or proper by the Town Board:
(1)Â
That any intentional false statement or misrepresentation
of material fact has been made in an original or renewal license application;
(2)Â
That the original license or a renewal thereof should
not have been issued in accordance with law;
(3)Â
That this chapter has been and continues to be repeatedly
violated after order or orders to comply;
(4)Â
That assessments, taxes or fines have not been promptly
paid, and no provision for payment has been made;
(5)Â
That self-imposed restrictions are not being enforced;
(6)Â
That one or more mobile home lots have been sold.
B.Â
Effect. Upon revocation of such license, the entire
premises shall forthwith cease to be used for a mobile home court,
and all mobile homes shall be removed therefrom.
