Fire prevention and building construction — See Ch. 75.
Mobile homes — See Ch. 91.
The Town of Corinth Building Inspector or Code Enforcement Officer shall have the authority to issue appearance tickets to all offenders of Chapter 63, Building Permits; Chapter 91, Mobile Homes; Chapter 87, Junkyards; and the State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.[1] Said appearance tickets shall direct the designated person to appear in the Town of Corinth Justice Court at a designated future time in connection with his alleged commission of the designated offense.
