The Town of Corinth hereby establishes the Town of Corinth Housing Department,
to be independent from other departments of the town and whose sole function
is to oversee the operation of the Section 8 program for low-income families.
The program receipts and disbursements are to be maintained in a bank account
separate from the other town accounts, and independent accounting records
are to be maintained. Audits or program activity are to be made in accordance
with applicable federal and state guidelines.
