GENERAL REFERENCES
Taxation — See Ch. 119.
Upon the adoption by this Board of Trustees of a resolution pursuant
to § 22, Paragraph 3, of the General Municipal Law, the Board may
nevertheless release or return to the insured any or all amounts to which
it would be otherwise entitled to claim, provided that the insured agrees
with the Village, in writing, to restore the affected premises to the same
or improved condition that subject premises was in prior to the time of arising
of the lien of the Village against the proceeds, as provided for in said § 22.
Such resolution shall provide conditions which shall guarantee performance
of such obligation by the insured.
