Village of Monroe, NY Article I Curfew in Certain Parks

[Adopted 7-12-1983 by L.L. No. 4-1983 (Ch. 29, Art. II, of the 1968 Code); amended in its entirety 2-15-2000 by L.L. No. 1-2000]

§ 150-1 Ford Dally Airplane Park.

A. No person shall enter upon or remain within that area of Crane Park, known as "Ford Dally Airplane Park," during the hours of 11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

B. The foregoing prohibition shall not apply when the Village has granted special permission.

C. Each violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine as set forth in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty § 1-14.

§ 150-2 Smith's Clove Park.

A. No person shall enter upon or remain within the area known as "Smith’s Clove Park" between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. or at any other time that Smith’s Clove Park is closed by the Park Commission, the park security or any member of the Monroe Police Department.

B. The foregoing shall not apply when the Park Commission has granted special permission nor when the Park Commission has established different opening and closing times for specific designated areas.
