Persons not connected with the Mombasha Fire
Company or any other fire company hereafter formed and located in
the Village of Monroe, except police officers, shall not be permitted
to ride on the fire apparatus going to or returning from alarms or
fire, taking part in firemen's or other parades or while on practice
runs or drills.[1]
