The Village of Monroe shall contain, on and after the effective date of this article, in addition to the territory theretofore contained within its boundaries, the following described territory:
A. 
[Amended 10-2-1990 by L.L. No. 5-1990] All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situated in the Town of Monroe, County of Orange and State of New York and lying on the westerly side or line of New York State Route 17M (New York State Highway No. 5144) and being more accurately bounded and described as follows:
(1) 
Beginning in the westerly right-of-way line of New York State Route 17M, also known as New York State Highway Number 5144, where the same is intersected by the northerly boundary line of the Village of Monroe. Said point being referenced south 64° 58 15 west 124.12 feet from the beginning of Course No. 46, all as shown on a certain map entitled "Map Showing Boundaries of the Village of Monroe, Inc.,"[1] last revised July 1990 and about to be filed in the Orange County Clerk's office, and running; thence,
(a) 
South 64° 58 15 west 521.78 feet along said Municipal Boundary Line to the northeasterly line of lands now or formerly of David C. Talmadge, as described in Liber 1393, Page 467, Liber 2166, Page 171 and Liber 1226, Page 496; thence
(b) 
North 52° 50 03 west 50.17 feet along said line of Talmadge; thence
(c) 
North 69° 36 17 west 194.82 feet along the same; thence
(d) 
South 23° 37 46 west 277.27 feet along the northwesterly line of said lands of Talmadge to said northerly boundary line of the Village of Monroe; thence
(e) 
South 64° 58 15 west 214.34 feet along said line of the Village of Monroe to the northeasterly line of lands now or formerly of Josef and Kathryn Borth, as described in Liber 2194, Page 564; thence
(f) 
North 60° 09 54 west 176.32 feet along said line of Borth; thence
(g) 
North 45° 29 19 west 200.00 feet along the same to the most southerly corner of lands now or formerly of Robert Falcoabramo, as described in Liber 2771, Page 26; thence
(h) 
North 64° 25 05 east 771.10 feet along said line of Falcoabramo; thence
(i) 
North 23° 37 46 east 875.94 feet along the same; thence
(j) 
South 66° 35 32 east 149.21 feet along the same to said westerly right-of-way line of New York State Route 17M; thence
(k) 
South 09° 32 24 east 116.85 feet along said line of Route 17M; thence
(l) 
South 02° 50 20 west 68.14 feet along the same; thence
(m) 
South 15° 27 20 east 150.61 feet along the same; thence
(n) 
South 06° 21 20 east 511.55 feet along the same to the point of beginning.

It being the intent to describe and annex into the Village of Monroe all the lands of Harold and Leonard Zuckerman and Alia Associates, described in Liber 2166, Page 114, Parcel 1, and Liber 2186, Page 40, that lie within the Town of Monroe.
The territory described in § A205-1 is hereby annexed to the Village of Municipal Monroe pursuant to the provisions of § 714 of the General law.
The annexation of the above territory described in § A205-1 of this article shall become effective upon filing with the Secretary of State.
