[Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sea Cliff

Resolved that, pursuant to Chapter 43 of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Sea Cliff, the following regulations, in addition to those set forth in said Chapter 43, shall apply, except when suspended or altered by written authorization of the Mayor:
A.
Picnicking is prohibited in all public parks, public parking fields and public parking areas and in or on all other Village-owned property, including land, buildings and other public areas maintained for public use by the Village, except the Village Beach, which is regulated by Chapter 43, § 43-2 of the Code.
B.
Use of public beaches and public bathing areas between
the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. is prohibited.
C.
Use of public park areas between the hours of 10:00 p.m.
and 7:00 a.m. is prohibited.
E.
The use of the 18th Avenue Beach and the Tilley Place
Beach is restricted to residents of the Village of Sea Cliff.
F.
The driving, hitting or throwing of golf balls is prohibited
in all Village parks, with the exception of Clifton Park, provided that such
activity does not endanger the safety of or interfere with the use of the
park by other persons in the park.
G.
The playing of baseball and softball is prohibited in
Roslyn Park and Prospect Park except by children under fifteen (15) years
of age.
H.
No persons shall enter into, trespass upon, pass over,
use or assemble on the area of Village property designated as Cliff Way Hill
at any time, except for the use of and passage over the Village steps connecting
the Boulevard and Cliff Way for the purpose of passing between such streets.
